Our Programs


We are committed to providing a training program which is affordable and which closely matches the needs of our athletes. Custom tailored programs can be developed from our basic packages, which are:

Premium One-on-One Training:  A totally personalized coaching program, established from your goals. Your training program is accessed on-line through TrainingPeaks.com, and workouts are emailed to you daily. Your program is continually updated to account for your changing circumstances. Your metrics are monitored regularly and program changes are made to keep you on track. We maintain regular telephone and e-mail contact with weekly telephone “appointments” scheduled to review progress. There is a one-time Start-Up Fee of $250.00 which covers the cost of setting up your annual training plan, your profile, establishing your initial training zones and providing you with reference material. Your personalized coaching fee is prepaid at $275.00 per four week block. A six month minimum commitment is required. A discount of 5% for six month pre-payment is available. Internet fees for TrainingPeaks.com are included.

Quarterly Training Program:  This program is also written to achieve your specific goals, and provides you with daily routines at a more economical price point. This program is ideal for those not needing as much personalized attention on a regular basis and for those who feel comfortable with modifying their own program (within each 4 week block) in the event that travel or other circumstances interrupt your training routine. A review of your progress occurs every four weeks and your next block of training is developed based upon how well you are responding to the program. Your training program is purchased in 12-week segments, and it provides you with access to the TrainingPeaks web site (fees for TrainingPeaks.com are included). A Start-Up fee of $250.00 gets you started and covers the cost of setting up your annual training plan, your profile, establishing your initial training zones and providing you with reference material. The 12-week program fee is $550.00. A six month minimum commitment is required.

Telephone or Personal Consultation: For those who wish to self-coach, but who wish to occasionally access professional advice for questions and specific situations, telephone and personal consultation is available- Rates depend upon your specific needs and can be quoted upon request.

Group Seminars, Camps and Training Sessions: Great for groups or clubs who want a seminar on any aspect of training including periodization, power-based training, nutrition, race preparation or other subjects related to multisport training and racing. Speaking engagements for clubs or non-profit organizations are generally provided at no cost other than expenses. Group workouts, camps and clinics can be economically provided and even generate a fund raising event for your team. Single or multi-day camps generally include all presentations, workout routines for the camps, reference material, and coaching.
